Keeping Up With Schoolwork Remotely

The Teresian School may be closed, but it doesn’t mean our wonderful teachers and students aren’t carrying on with their studies!

Our secondary teachers have moved their lessons online and are working with their students through Microsoft Teams to make sure no one falls behind, even if they can’t be in the classroom.

So far, everyone seems to be up and online by 8.30 each morning – no slackers here!

Our Junior School teachers worked to prepare  home packs for their classes for up to 4 weeks, just in case.

Students in the older junior classes were given suggested timetables to include breaks for activity. Projects and book reports were also added to the work for more creativity at the students’ own pace.
Robin Stewart, our librarian, has collated some excellent resources for students from all schools to keep their minds busy while at home. Some excellent suggestions here!

We will continue to keep our parents and students updated throughout this difficult time as needed, but in the meantime, please heed the advice of healthcare officials and stay at home, and make the most of your time there!
